GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
ART. 1 SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Conditions govern relations between the company Selet srl, with registered office in Vidracco (TO), via Baldissero n.21, Partita Iva and C.F. 10627500019, (hereinafter: Selet) and anyone making purchases online through the website www.Sel-et.com (the Site) in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, D. lgs. n. 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree no. n. 21/2014 and by the Legislative Decree. 70/2003 on electronic commerce.
The transmission of an order through the Site implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale, which are therefore irrevocably accepted at the time of conclusion of the purchase.
These general conditions of sale govern the offer, and the forwarding and acceptance of orders for products made through the Site, remaining excluded any purchases made to other parties other than the seller that are present on the same site through links, banners or other hyperlinks.
3 CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
In order to place an order from the Site, the Customer must communicate his personal information and, optionally, register and create an Internet account. To complete the order or register, you will be asked to provide valid and up-to-date personal information, including your name, telephone number, shipping address and e-mail address. Also, if you register, you will be asked to choose a password.
After registration of the personal account on the website, the Customer can immediately access and receive an e-mail with a confirmation and the link for access to their account on the Site. It will be the responsibility of the Client for the confidentiality and security of the password and access data to your account. Selet is not responsible for any misuse of the Customer’s account resulting from access and use of the password and data access to the account by third parties.
Selet reserves the right, at any time, to change the information required for the execution of a new order or registration requirements. Each change will be indicated on the Website.
4 DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCTS AND THEIR AVAILABILITY
All orders entered into by the Site are subject to the actual availability of the product at the time of order and acceptance by Selet, as indicated below.
Selet reserves the right to modify the range of items offered on the Site.
The pages relating to products on the site provide all the information relating to products currently on sale online. It should be noted that, since the Products are entirely handmade, and envisage the use of inks, glass and wood supports, liquids and metals whose color may vary, the representations of the products on the Site are for the sole purpose of illustrating the product, which, however, may appear slightly different from that shown on the site with regard to coloring, while remaining unchanged all the other properties and characteristics of the product as well as the quality of the product itself.
Only products that have the “Add to cart” button are available for sale through the Site. In particular, the products belonging to the “High technology selfica” range and others are made to measure and can therefore be booked online by pressing the “Add to quote” button to the cart “. In this case, the Customer will be contacted by e-mail from Selet, in order to finalize the order and choose the characteristics of the product.
If you wish to place orders on the Site, the order placed will be managed as indicated below. Once you have chosen a product, you can add it to your cart. You can then proceed to purchase additional products and add them to the cart or proceed to order by pressing the appropriate button “Confirm the order”. It will also be possible to delete one or more products in the cart.
The order submitted is subject to acceptance by Selet.
In case of acceptance, Selet will give the Customer confirmation of the order after registration, after the order has been sent through the Site, by sending an e-mail confirmation and order summary. After this the order is accepted by both parties and the Customer can not revoke his consent.
In the event that the order includes one or more products belonging to the “High technology selfica” range, or other customized products once the order has been sent, the Customer and Selet must establish the basic characteristics and the relative personalization.
6 CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is effectively concluded only at the time of acceptance by Selet of the order, by sending the order confirmation in the manner indicated above.
7 PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made by credit card in the manner that will be presented from time to time on the site, through Paypal, bank transfer and Postepay, following the instructions on the Site.
All prices indicated on the product pages are expressed in euros and are inclusive of V.A.T. in accordance with Italian regulations.
The prices of the products of the “High technology selective” or other customized products range will be communicated to the Customer after having contacted Selet and after having agreed the characteristics of the product.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, but are indicated and calculated, based on the destination and value of the products, at the time of the conclusion of the purchase process before the payment is made. Any customs charges, are not calculated nor indicated in the purchase process, these will be borne by the customer.
In the event of an IT, manual, technical, or any other type of error that could result in a substantial change, not envisaged by Selet, of the retail price, which makes it exorbitant or clearly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled and the amount paid by the customer will be reimbursed within 14 days. from the day of cancellation, by re-crediting the card used for payment (where possible) or to the bank account whose details (header and IBAN) will have been provided by the customer .
The products will be delivered by priority mail or express courier to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering within and no later than 30 days. from the date of receipt by the Customer of the order confirmation e-mail sent by Selet, in the event that the product is available for sale at the time of order confirmation. In the event that the product is produced ex novo or in the case of products of “high technology selfica”, the customer will receive notice of the realization and in this case the term of 30 days will begin to run from this second communication.
For each order placed on the Website, Selet will issue a tax receipt or an invoice, if the latter is requested contextually with the purchase or at the latest within 48 hours, providing indication of the VAT number and all the data necessary for the issuance. The invoice or receipt will contain the information provided by the Customer during the purchase process and will be sent to the Customer together with the purchased product.
Selet assumes no responsibility for disservices due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if they are due to malfunctions and disruptions of the Internet, or delays attributable entirely to the courier, in the event that it fails to execute the order in the times foreseen by the contract.
The Customer, in giving his/her consent to the conclusion of the contract, declares that he/she has well understood the content of courses, webinars, practices and experiences. Selet declines any responsibility if the contents of courses, webinars, practices and experiences do not meet the expectations of the Client.
Selet and or its employees and independent contractors do not practice a health care profession, therefore no Service constitutes in any form a diagnosis or a therapy, conventional or unconventional.
Selet will not be liable for the failure of the Services or its cancellation due to an unpredictable event independent of its will, such as natural calamities, riots, national strikes, fires, etc. In this case, Selet will try to adopt solutions that make it possible to avoid, or at least limit, the consequences of force majeure.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
Pursuant to Article 59(1) of the Consumer Code in force in italy, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply in the following cases:
- letter C: in the case of tailor-made or clearly customized creations, therefore it is not entitled for products that are part of the range of “High-tech selfica” or other customized products.
- letter A: for service contracts after the full performance of the service if the performance has begun with the consumer’s express agreement and acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full performance of the contract by the professional;
- letter O: for the supply of digital content by means of a non-material medium if performance has begun with the consumer’s express agreement and with his or her acceptance that he or she would then lose the right of withdrawal.
In the event that the Customer has the right of withdrawal, it may be exercised by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively transmit the model withdrawal form, as per Annex I, Part B, D.Lgs 21/2014 whose text is shown below:

12 EFFECTS OF THE RECESSION
In case of withdrawal, the Customer is entitled to a refund of the payment for the amount related to the product or service, excluding transportation and fees for collection. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, that is, by re-crediting the card or service used for payment (where possible) or to the bank account whose details (header and IBAN) the customer will have provided.
In case of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return the goods received from Selet at his own expense, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the Customer has communicated his withdrawal from the present contract.

The reimbursement will be suspended until the receipt of the goods by Selet.
The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment) and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Selet will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days from the return. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
